Nice.

Dear Tim Fluhr,

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN(R)) recently agreed to reduce their Registrar Transaction Fee from $.25 to $.22. What does this mean for you?

Good news. You have been credited $.03/yr for each domain name you registered or renewed dating back to July 1, 2006* -- $.06 has been placed into your account with this customer number: XXXXXXXXX.

Smile!

This is one of my favorite songs ever and I don't think I have had the courage to admit that to many people until now. Go ahead and hit play world. You're about to feel a little bit better.

Digging through some old stuff tonight.

One last time for an old friend, and then I'm putting this one to bed.

Do your fingers move
the way mine do?
Blue eyes glazed from staring
my eyes ache with time.
Steam clouds up my window.
What think the passers by?
I'm still missing you.
You're still missing lines.
Breathe you in one last time,
and I'll be fine.

See you on the flip...wherever and whenever that may be.

Added captcha for anonymous posts

I've been getting hit by spam bots lately that are posting some interesting content to nodes in which I allow anonymous posts. I added a captcha module to hopefully help keep the site xxxbigcocksnudecelebritiesfuckingasstits-free.

It's starting to come together Pepper...it's starting to come together.

A three game sweep of the Cubs at Wrigley will be oh so sweet. I sat in section 509 tonight and met a fair share of crew fans. The cold, sweeping northwest winds are keeping everyone but the Prince from hitting the ball out of the park onto Waveland or Sheffield. I'll be sitting rooftop in left field tomorrow for the finale courtesy of Ikon copiers and printers.

No first place team in the bigs has a larger lead than the 3.5 game cushion the Brewer's are currently enjoying over the Reds and Astros in the NL Central.

Earth Day. Do something damnit!

If every American home replaced just one light bulb with an ENERGY STAR, we would save enough energy to light more than 2.5 million homes for a year and prevent greenhouse gases equivalent to the emissions of nearly 800,000 cars.

And you can get a free CF lightbulb here (*Only available if you live in the contiguous 48. My apologies to the freak states.)

Also if some asshole store clerk puts your milk, laundry detergent, or big jug of liquor with a handle on it in a bag tell him no thanks. If it has a handle don't put it in a bag. Carry it by the handle. Thats what it is there for. Plastic bags take 1000 years to decompose.

Little things everyone can do matter. Even if you don't believe global warming exists it is hard to argue that freeing America from foreign oil dependency or practicing conservation of energy is a bad thing.

Dodge County Sheriff Investigates Stabbing Of Piglet

Full story here.

There is a long history of domestic violence between these two. I'm not implying that Pooh did this, but that photo is pretty compelling. According to Dodge County officials other suspects include Christopher Robin, Owl, and Tigger.

Longtime friend Eeyore issued a statement earlier stating that among other things he is "deeply saddened by the news of Piglet's passing."

Sheets looks sharp...

One run on two hits with no walks over nine. Keep eating innings Benny.
